asif.md/CHANGELOG.md

I build the working prototype, not just the spec.

Asif, Senior Product Manager. 9+ years across SaaS, PropTech, fintech, and marketplaces. I build with Claude Code, Cursor, Perplexity, and Gemini. ReturnKoto?, which I built alone, gathers 38 mutual funds from 10 fund managers' websites into one place, so an investor compares what they really returned, dividends included, without a spreadsheet.

Unreleased

The next release, already written down.

  1. Role: Senior Product Manager, remote.
  2. Hours: US and UK/EU working hours. Minimum 5 hours of overlap.
  3. Proof: Two live products I built with AI tools: ReturnKoto?, 169 pages, and this site, deployed by an agent.

Highlights

Five lines to read if you read nothing else.

  1. InsideMaps: Go-to-market for a new B2B product at a US PropTech company across 4 regions, working remotely on US hours, with prototypes built in Claude.built with AI
  2. SELISE: Third-party API integration success up 45% for enterprise clients, working remotely on EU hours with clients in Switzerland and Germany.
  3. ReturnKoto?: Designed and shipped myself with AI tools: 38 mutual funds, 169 pages, and a data pipeline across 10 fund managers.built with AI
  4. Deloitte: Took 2 AI workflow products from prototype to production and cut manual processing by 20%.built with AI
  5. GameOf11: Founding product lead: zero to 100K+ users on iOS, Android, and web, with lifetime value up 28%.

How I build with AI

The tools, and where to check the work.

  1. Claude Code: Built ReturnKoto? (169 pages, a parser for each of 10 fund managers) and this site, from written context: a project memory file of rules and dated decisions.
  2. Cursor: An agent took this site to production from one prompt: private GitHub repo, Cloudflare Pages, a deploy on every push, and the domain. It must stop and ask before it touches DNS.
  3. Claude skills: I wrote a writing-standard skill that checks every page and post for unverified figures and filler. This site was also built under Impeccable, a design skill with its own review agents.
  4. Guardrails: The AI writes the code; the rules are mine. A new price must sit within 15% of a second source, and a figure the sources disagree on is withheld.
  5. Automation: GitHub Actions runs the ReturnKoto? data job and deploys this site. Python generators, Astro, Cloudflare Pages and Workers, PostHog. Perplexity and Gemini alongside Claude.
  6. At work: At Deloitte, 2 AI workflow products to production, with the eval bar and kill criteria written before the build. At InsideMaps, prototypes built with Claude.

2026.10

asif.md

This site

Oct 2026, Side project2026.10

Designed and written with Claude Code from my resume and LinkedIn profile, then taken to production by an agent in Cursor. Version two came from my own review of the live site.

  1. Added: A changelog of my career, built under two Claude skills: Impeccable for design and my own writing standard for copy.built with AI
  2. Added: Production from one Cursor prompt: a private GitHub repo, Cloudflare Pages, a deploy on every push, and a custom domain.built with AI
  3. Changed: Version two after reading the live site as a hiring manager would: plain-word labels on every line, LinkedIn detail, and deeper release notes.
  4. Removed: Left out an AI chat widget. Shipped work tells a hiring manager more than a chatbot does.

2026.02

ReturnKoto?

Founder

Feb 2026 to present, Remote2026.02

A free site that replays an investment over the real NAV history of Bangladeshi mutual funds, with dividends reinvested. I designed and shipped it myself with Claude Code and Cursor, and I run it.

  1. Added: 169 public pages: a calculator, 38 fund pages, 90 head-to-head comparisons, weekly data reports, guides, and a FAQ.built with AI
  2. Added: A data pipeline with its own parser for each of 10 fund managers' websites. It validates every price before the site rebuilds itself.built with AI
  3. Added: A publish-or-withhold rule: a figure is either right or not shown. Drift detection stops a bad sync before it reaches the page.
  4. Fixed: A fund manager reported our numbers as wrong. The audit found month-end dividends falling outside the look-back window. After the fix, the manager's own published returns reproduce to within 0.01 percentage points.
  5. Added: A Claude skill that holds every post and page to one writing standard: no unverified figures, no vague authority, no filler.built with AI
  6. Withheld: Fund B, 5-year return: figure not shown, withheld: two sources disagree. Illustration of the rule, not live data.

2018.12

GameOf11

Senior Product Manager, Founding Member

Dec 2018 to Apr 2023, Remote2018.12

Founding product lead for Bangladesh's first daily fantasy sports app: product manager for UX from Dec 2018, senior product manager from Nov 2020. I led a team of 12 across product, design, and customer support.

  1. Added: A first release within six months, then the app from zero to 100K+ users on iOS, Android, and web.
  2. Added: User lifetime value up 28% after reworking onboarding flows and game mechanics.
  3. Added: Coin packs from 20 BDT to 500 BDT and up, so a new player could start small and a regular could buy in bulk.
  4. Changed: The referral reward pays out only after the new user enters a contest, so the incentive buys players, not empty signups.
  5. Removed: Dropped reward mechanics that did not move Day-7 or Day-30 retention or LTV, found through A/B tests in Amplitude, Mixpanel, and SQL.
  6. Added: A funnel scorecard of DAU/MAU, conversion, retention, and LTV that set the order of the roadmap.
